Gas-compressor station

the station of an increase in the pressure of natural gas during its output, transportation and storage. According to the designation g. s. they are subdivided into head (dozhimnye) of main gas pipes, linear g. s. of main gas pipes, g. s. of underground gasholders and g. s. for the reverse rocking of gas into the layer. Head g. s. of main gas pipes increase the pressure of gas, which enters from the trade, beginning from the moment, when stratified pressure falls below the level, which ensures at the entrance into the gas pipe calculated operating pressure. Power and compression ratio by head g. s. are increased gradually, in proportion to a drop in the stratified pressure, during entire period of a constant gas bleed from the layer. In the period of the falling output the gas bleed from the layer is achieved in the quantity, determined by the power of head g. s. power head g. s. it can reach 100 MW (100 thousand. salmon) and more. The compression ratio of station (ratio of outlet pressure to the input) grows from 1,2-1,5 to 5-10 toward the end of the operation.

Linear g. s. of main gas pipes compensate a pressure decrease in the conduit, supporting it at the calculated level. Compression ratio and power linear g. s. depend on productivity and technical-economic indices of compressor plants and all-station equipment. Distance between linear g. s. (75-150 tom) and operating pressure they depend on the parameters of conduit and are determined by the technical-economic calculation of main gas pipe as a whole. Range of operational characteristics linear g. s.: compression ratio by 1,25-1,7; operating pressure 5,5- 8 MN/m2 (55 - 80 kgf/cm2); the power of 3-75 MW; the daily productivity of 5-100 millions. m3. The discovery the large layers of natural gas and the high efficiency of the main gas pipes of large productivity cause tendency toward further increase in the power linear g. s. to 150-200 MW with a daily productivity of 300 million. m3.

G. s. for the underground gasholder ensures rocking the transported gas in the period of the excess productivity of gas pipe. The work g. s. for guaranteeing the gas supply to user can be provided in the period of gas bleed from the underground depository. The operating range of the pressure, within the limits of which works g. s. of lodzemnogo depository, it comprises during rocking of gas 1,5-15 MN/m2 (15 - 150 togs/sm2). Lower level depends from the gas pressure, which comes from the gas pipe, upper - from the ultimate pressure of gas in the depository. Power g. s. of underground gasholder can reach 50 MW.

G. s. for the reverse rocking of gas into the layer enters into the complex of processing natural gas with the operation of the gas-condensate layers, when it is necessary in the course of mining works to maintain the stratified pressure of gas for warning the formation of condensation (connected with the phenomenon of reverse condensation). Power and pressure at the method g. s. for the reverse rocking of gas into the layer are determined technical and economic design conditions of the development of layer. Pressure at the method usually 14-15 MN/m2, outlet pressure reach 40-50 MN/m2 (400-500 togof s/sm2).

Osn tech. equipment g. s. - compressor plants: the centrifugal blowers with the drive from the gas turbine or the electric motor and gas-engine compressors. The power of compressor plants reaches 15 MW. For linear g. s. of large power is projected the use of the centrifugal blower with the drive from the gas-turbine unit with a power of 25 MW and more.
