flow. G. s. are distinguished: according to the operating
principle - gravitational, centrifugal, kombinirovannye; on the
form - spherical and cylindrical (vertical, inclined and horizontal);
on the operating pressure - vacuum (to 0,1 MN/m2), of low (0,1- 0,6 MN/m2), average (0,'-y,'Mn/m2)and high (1,6- 6,4 MN/m2) pressure. The
widest use on the petroleum industries in THE USSR obtained vertical
of tsilindrich. G. s. with the tangential introduction with
diameter from 0,4 to 2,6 m and
vye. to 4,5 m. The
production of bore hole is introduced into the middle part g. s. the
selection of oil it is achieved from the lower part g. s., and gas is
removed from highest point in order to exclude the entry of oil into
gas pipe. The normal level of oil in g. s. is supported by
automatically float level regulator, which governs it will carry out,
by the mechanism of the flow regulator of oil. Is planned
tendency to combine function g. s. with dehydration and
demulsification of oil. For this into the flow of the oil before
g. s. is introduced deemulyator, and inside the separator - burner
devices for preheating the oil. They are such, for example, the
vertical separator- heaters A-1 and A -9 (productivity of 200 and 2000 t/h), in which is provided for
the separation of the production of the oil wells into 3 flows:
