the operating unit of seeders for the sowing of the
seeds agr. of cultures. Are most common by v. a. reel, disk,
cellular- disk and motyl'kovys. Reel v. a. (Fig. 1) consist of
the located in the housing chequered coil, mounted to the revolving
drum, rosettes, nonrotating clutches. The revolving coil
discards seeds into the spermiduct, on which they enter ploughshare
and fall into the groove made the latter.
Depending on the direction of rotation of coil v. a. with the
lower and upper sowing are distinguished. Coil v. a. lower by
sowing ejects seeds from the lower of the part of the box. V. a.
the top, by sowing is characterized by the fact that the top, the
grooves of coil will carry seeds from the top, the part of the box.
Usually v. a. lower by sowing use for the sowing of the seeds of
wheat, rye, oats, barley. For the sowing of the large and easily
damaged seeds uses v. a. the top, by sowing. Disk v. a. (Fig. 2)
they use in the square-cluster and broken seeders. It consists
of qilind- Rich banks, in the dumping bottom of which are installed
the sowing disk, reflector and ejector. For the sowing 1 or 2
calibrated seeds into the nest to the sowing disk plot cover plates.
Reflectors brush off the excess seeds, which were incorrectly
arranged in the cells of the revolving disk, and the ejector of

cells of the vertically located revolving disk are filled up with
seeds, reflector brushes off them the top, the part of the disk,
excess seeds fall out from the top, cells. Ejectors push out
seeds of the cells of disk into the spermiduct. Butterfly v. a.
they use for the sowing of the slightly granular seeds of grasses,
vegetable and forest cultures, for the sowing of fertilizers. V.
a. consists of roller with the asterisks with the blades, mounted on
it, usually located at angle to the plane of rotation. Motyl'ki,
revolving, will stir and are pushed out the seeds through the
openings, existing in the wall of seed box, into semyaprovody.
For destroying the arches of the slightly granular seeds, which
are formed in the box, above motyl'kami place voroshilki. The
seeders of previous releases were supplied with brush, kanatikovymi,
vnutrenne-reberchatymi, etc. V. A.
