people Latin (Lat. senno vulgaris - everyday speech),
the traditional term, which designates the living language of the
national masses of Roman state (from 3-2 substances. B.C.).
Cicero, Kvintilian, etc. contradicted against v. l. to literary
Lat. language (serrno latina, lingua latina). Upon decay of
Roman empire (4-5 substances.) united Lat. language gradually
underwent the process of differentiation. As a result of
politich. and social changes living Lat. speech began to
penetrate all spheres of life. On different terr. b. of
Roman empire the development of "people" Latin because of the absence
of politich., cultural and other contacts occurred differently, which
led to formation to 9 v. tyuey samostoyat, romance languages.
